Return & refund policy
At NEORIS, the safety and satisfaction of our clients are our top priorities. Due to the sterile nature of our products, all sales are final.
No returns or refunds
Our pigments are sterile products, sealed to guarantee their safety and sterility. As such, we cannot accept any return or offer any refund, even if the product appears unused. Once a product has left our facility, we are unable to verify whether the packaging has been unsealed or compromised — which makes resale or reuse impossible.
Damages and issues upon delivery
Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery. If the parcel appears damaged:
- Open the package in the presence of the carrier.
- If the products inside are damaged, you must refuse the parcel.
Once a damaged parcel is accepted, no claim can be made against the carrier, and we may not be able to offer assistance.
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing us at contact@neoris-eyes.com. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will evaluate your request and may offer a replacement.
No cooling-off period (EU Directive)
The EU 14-day cooling-off period established by Directive 2011/83/EU applies only to consumer (B2C) purchases. NEORIS sells exclusively to healthcare professionals for professional use, which classifies all transactions as business-to-business (B2B).
As such, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
